Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) is hosting CommTECH Camp: SDGs Innovations is an immersive program designed for university students and academics who are eager to explore the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in action! This stream will focus on innovative implementations of SDGs at ITS and in Surabaya.

Winter Camp 2025 is a one-week experiential learning journey designed for students who wish to connect across cultures and contribute to global sustainability efforts. Participants will gain 1 academic credit and have the chance to learn hands-on, collaborate with peers, and immerse themselves in Vietnam’s cultural heritage. Students will be divided into 2 Specialized Tracks: Sustainable Tourism and Sustainable Fashion and Collaborate with local businesses.

The Green InnovAction: Discovering Sustainable Solutions for the Future program seeks to empower participants to develop innovative solutions to global challenges related to the environment, water, renewable energy, life on land, partnership for the goals and climate action. During two weeks, attendees will participate in academic and practical activities designed to foster collaborative learning, applied research and raising awareness about the importance of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in building a more sustainable future. This program is specifically aligned with SDGs 6 (Clean Water and Sanitation), 7 (Affordable and Clean Energy), 13 (Climate Action), 15 (Life on land) and 17 (Partnership for the Goals) promoting sustainable strategies for resource management, energy transition and climate mitigation
