Summer Leadership Academy

Join the Summer Leadership Academy at Royal Roads University in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada. Choose a 2-, 3- or 4-week program between 6 July and 28 August 2026 and gain valuable leadership skills through interactive workshops, guest speakers, field trips and hands-on team projects.

Designed for globally minded students, the program helps you strengthen your communication, critical thinking, teamwork, public speaking and intercultural skills while connecting with peers from around the world.
