* My username and password aren’t working. I’m getting an error message when I log in.
Make sure there are no empty spaces at the end of your password if you are cutting and pasting it into the form field. E-mail umap-is@umap.org if still a problem or use the Reset Password link on the log-in screen. Please note that this is not an automated process and your password will be reset in person by the International Secretariat during working hours.
* I can not find my listing of students who have applied.
Click on the “Manage Applications” option from the home screen menu to see both outgoing and incoming students.
* I’m looking for a list of students specifically from my institution. Where can I find it?
Click on the “Students List” option on the home screen to see a list of all applicants from your institution
* I can’t find the right academic field/discipline for my program, what should I do?
Choose the closest broad field of study from the drop-down list and then use the Program Description section to describe the program in more detail
* I have not received any notifications about student applications that I need to nominate or approve. What is happening?
Please check your spam or junk mail folders for system notifications. Double check that your address is correctly entered in the coordinators’ listing. If possible, please add the USCO system address to your list of safe contacts: usco-info@umap.org
* I am trying to select/decline an applicant to my institution but I do not see how to save my decision.
A blue “Save” box will appear on the screen during the appropriate time period. If your institution is 2nd preference and it is still the first preference placement period, you will not have the option to save. Double check the timing on the timeline and then check back later.
* I am trying to enter institution or program description details, but am getting an error message when I click save.
The text box is limited to 1000 characters or 200-250 words. If you are getting an error message, you may have entered too many words. Reduce the text and try again. Remember you can use the additional links area at the bottom to provide more detail or additional info resources to supplement your description.
* I am trying to enter a link in my profile or program but it is not saving correctly.
Make sure to enter the link starting with http://
* I have submitted a Program but I do not see it in the listing. Should I resubmit it?
The International Secretariat must approve all program submissions before they show up on the USCO2 home page and program listing. Please wait 24 hours and check again before you re-submit a program.
